There are a lot of Nepalese restaurants to choose from in Albany and Berkeley, but eating at Kathmandu Restaurant really does feel like stepping into another country with its decor and cozy digs....

Great food and ambiance. Food is cooked fresh so it may take longer than the average restaurant. Service was great. Waiters were attentive. Recommend getting some fresh naan and the kukhura poleko.

Food and service were awesome! Loved the rice beer and spicy sauces! Also happen to have a wheat allergy and they were very accommodating! Looking forward to bringing more friends in soon.
