History

Karavan Dance Studio holds a reputation for being among the finest academies of dance founded on its integrity and discipline, and its involvement in the community. Through the years, a team of dance professionals have guided Karavan to many achievements, performances, competitions, regular appearances and invitations to perform at concerts, galas, and other cultural events, hosted by such organizations as the Armenian American Chamber of Commerce, The Arts ad Culture Commission of Glendale, The Glendale Unified School District, Los Angeles Unified School District, St. Peter Armenian Apostolic Church, The Armenian Relief Society, US Health Department, etc. Karavan has had the privilege to choreograph original work for premiers with notable talents as Ara Gevorkian, Flora Mardirosian, and actor from the Dramatic Theatre of Armenia.

Specialties

This superior dance academy truly respects, rightfully teaches, and professionally delivers the fine art of dance. Classes for toddlers, teens and adults; everything from Armenian, folk, latin ballroom, modern, classical, zumba. We have specially designed classes oriented for different ages, levels of experiences, and styles of dance which provide students with the correct fundamentals necessary to achieve artistic excellence. Aside from general scheduled classroom, we offer private lessons for those interested in a more personal learning experience. The grand studio is available for rent.
