San Rafael Emergency room I was treated like a king. Everyone on the staff were very compassionate to me. I was passing a kidney stone and in extreme pain. But felt like they cared about me so much.

This is the absolute worst Kaiser experience ever. Do whatever you can to avoid this location it's a disaster. Even the employees have no clue where they are not able to offer helpful suggestions...

Sometimes good, but not always reliable. Good to get a flu shot at. The Doctors are pretty compassionate, especially Dr. Rhoads.
