Urgent care is hit or miss. Daughter had a fractured finger and they took over 3 hours to see her. Other times they aren't too terrible but Kaiser for sure going down hill.

Blond lady at the front desk in Urgent Care who checked me in was very rude and litigious with me. No smile, no compassion at all. Not sure why she's in this field.
