Love my physiatrist here although kaiser is notorious for pushing group therapy aggressively to cut costs, I only get it occasionally by the people I see.

Took my mom to Kaiser and The Doctor put in a request for x-ray and we check in the lady put somewhere else's name even though we swiped our card through Kaiser, this lady should be looked at...

I've been in lot of health care systems and customer service at Kaiser is the worst I've ever dealt with. I waited 15 minutes on hold and as soon as I got an agent I was told I'd be re-directed...
