so this is not going to be good! So I called this location (Simi Valley) on Monday to make an appointment and after being transferred multiple times for over 10 minutes this lady answers phones...

I would not reccomend Kaiser to anyone. Look at there history of lawsuits and false advertising. Your not in the hands of the doctors, yet how much money you have and what company you work for....
