K9 Keepfit was created and inspired by Aspen, owner Renee Heymann's husky. In 2014, Aspen was kicked out of his regular dog daycare due to his over-exuberant play style. The humans there clearly had no idea how to handle Aspen's exciting, energetic nature. In search of a daycare that would allow Aspen to play safely and happily with other dogs and get plenty of outdoor exercises, Renee found a small company with a lot of heart.
