Founded in 1947, K.L. Carver Elementary School provides educational services to more than 600 students in kindergarten through fifth grade. The school provides education in language arts, mathematics, science and social studies. It also provides computer and technology education classes. The school conducts gifted and talented education programs and serves students with learning disabilities. It publishes a monthly school magazine that includes articles written by the students. The school s library features more than 12,000 books, magazines and videos. Additionally, it operates a parent-teacher association that conducts various fundraising activities. K.L. Carver Elementary School is a part of the San Marino Unified School District. The school is located in San Marino, Calif.
