I love this service. I have been known in the past to bag up clothes to donate and drive around with them in my car for days or even weeks. Just porch it makes it so easy for me not to do that....

Set up a pickup day had all my items outside for 2 days and they never showed up. Any time I called or emailed nobody was willing to talk to me or help me. terrible service, terrible experience.
