I worked in this office complex for a good while and would visit this place quite frequently. The lady is Middle-Eastern and can make a authentically-bomb ass Hummus! Better than supermarket...

Great big house-made (apparently) brownies for $3. Yum. Too bad the espresso machine is out of commission.
