History
I became a loan officer after the first home purchase my husband and I did. My goal at that time was to save us some costs if I could do the loan by myself. We started real estate investing in 2000 and learning the financial side of it I thought would be very beneficial to us. But, it turned out that I was not only helping our own self but also was able to extend my services to friends and family at the very year I received my license. Since then, the word did spread quickly and there my passion became a business.

I have been helping borrowers and buyers since 2002 obtain home mortgages with the best interest rate and terms at a given time and scenario. I am working under a Mortgage Broker who has access to many lenders where we can shop for the most competitive interest rate and term for our clients.
