History

Helping people has always been an integral part of who I am. I have always known that touch heals and I am passionate about helping people access their own healing abilities through touch. I like to refer to my style as deep Swedish, using verbal communication with my client and my intuition through my hands. I utilize Reiki energy, Cranio-sacral and Polarity as part of my body-work toolbox and continue to educate myself daily with practice and experiencing the techniques of other body-workers. My practice is grounded and relaxing offering my clients time to power down and relieve the aches and pains that detract from reaching daily potential.
