History
At the age of 25, Julie opened her first business, a clothing store in Los Gatos. Business doubled in year 2 and tripled in year 3. Meanwhile, she and her husband opened a restaurant in Saratoga and then expanded to Downtown San Jose. Many have said that the success of their restaurant in San Jose spearheaded a movement of new restaurants opening in the downtown area. As business grew, their investment in real estate grew too. Buying and selling commercial property in Saratoga and San Jose as well as residential property, Julie was drawn to the idea of becoming a real estate agent. After selling the businesses,Julie decided to pursue her dream of becoming a full service Realtor and has never looked back.
