Established in 1999, Julia Morgan School for Girls provides a range of learning opportunities to students in grades six through eight. The school has an enrollment of more than 180 students and maintains a staff of more than 20 teachers. Its educational programs include instruction in life, environmental and physical sciences, language arts, social studies, financial literacy, English and mathematics. Julia Morgan School for Girls also offers classes in music, physical education, Spanish language, dance, yoga, technology, humanities and art history. It conducts various after-school classes and programs. Additionally, Julia Morgan School for Girls offers a variety of athletics activities, including basketball, soccer and volleyball. The school is located in Oakland, Calif.
