Don't say you weren't warned. JTL does do good work, but if you want someone who will communicate with you, be there for you, this is NOT the contractor for you. Our deck is still not finished...

Avoid jtl, they do not stand behind their work. I had to fix loose railings myself on a deck less than a year old.
