The whole experience beats the crowds at LAX. Great in-flight experience. The lounge in LA needs work but the facility in Cabo is terrific. On-plane immigration and customs on reentry was terrific.

This is a fantastic airline. You will probably never be able to own a small jet but on JSX you can fly like a millionaire. There's no showing up hours ahead, there's no Security hoops to jump...

I arrived two minutes after "the gate closed" for the plane I could see from the check in area, where I stood with literally NO LUGGAGE and was told very bureaucratically the flight was closed....
