I was out of the country and paid for them to forward my mail to new address, they didn't do that and ignore all my massages, coming to the place itself they have no clue what to and not helping....

I've had a p.o. box here at JD for years and never have had any problems. They speak English and Spanish and very helpful whether in person or by phone. They're very prompt to send you an email...

Best P.O. Box prices in the area, and very friendly staff. I would recommend them to anyone. They are also open on Sundays, which is a plus.
