Horrible customer service. Went in for return & employee refused stated she couldn't because I opened the wheel to the Heelys. You can tell Shoe is brand new, completely clean. Only placed wheels...

Do not shop here terrible customer service. And the manager is extremely unprofessional. Stride Rite is priced the same and has much better customer service and are much more professional.
