History

In 2014, I was struggling with overall life burnout, overwhelm, stress, and fatigue. I was juggling a full-time career, being mom to 3 young children, wife, and taking care of the household. I continued to push forth even though I knew I was depleted and needed help. I know this pattern all too well and I believe a lot of women suffer with this. I would also have emotional outbursts of anger or periodic crying for no reason because all these pent-up feelings of burnout, overwhelm, fatigue, and stress had to be relieved somehow. This pattern continued until I learned techniques to help me manage my overall stress and investing in my own self-care and healing. It was so profound for me that I decided I must share this with others and the world. I decided to leave my career in clinical nursing and now, I combine my experience as a nurse and my years of research and experience with a whole spectrum of holistic healing modalities to transform the lives of my clients.

Open By Appointment Only. I help you overcome stress, burnout, overwhelm, and anxiousness. If you are suffering from any of the above, empower yourself with the gift of energy healing sessions. You will also learn many tools to utilize for yourself as part of your self care practice. Each session is customized based upon current needs. I am also available for life/success coaching and hypnosis sessions over zoom. Reiki-is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Healing Touch is a therapy that helps to restore and balance energy that has been depleted, due to stress, illness, injury, grief, medical conditions, surgery or medical treatments such as chemotherapy and radiation. The goal is to restore harmony and balance in the human energy system by creating an optimal environment to enable the body's innate tendency for healing to occur. Healing Touch promotes relaxation. When your body relaxes, endorphins are released from the brain, which helps the muscles to relax. When the muscles relax, circulation is improved and the increased blood flow elevates oxygen levels throughout the body. This in turn allows nutrients to be absorbed more efficiently, enzymes are built to aid digestion, hormones are regulated, and toxins are released from the body. This allows healthy cells to regenerate and promotes a sense of well-being which then supports healing and regulates the immune system.
