Josh started his journey as a Mortgage Professional over a decade ago. He started in the administrative side of home financing as a Junior Processor and later moved in an Under Writing role. It was his experience in loan processing that gave him the confidence to step into the role of a Mortgage Professional. Fast forward 8 years and Josh has challenged himself by getting involved with more than a handful of Home Financing programs. Today, he takes pride in removing himself from the old mortgage professionals by developing a connection and understanding with the buyer of how home financing works. - from down payment, credit history, the loan process and post-closing expectations, the main goal is simple, creating confident home buyers to help achieve the goal of Home ownership!
