Josephine's Special Empanadas was established in 2005 out of Josephine's home. In 2007, she opened her first store in the Island Pacific Food Court in West Covina. Today, she has two active stores in West Covina and Rowland Heights.

Josephine's Special Empanadas is a minority-owned, woman-owned, family-operated business specializing in Filipino-inspired baked goods. Our goal is to establish Filipino flavors as part of the Asian-American food culture.
