Jennifer is the current Broker/ Owner of J. Johnson Property Management & Homestead Real Estate Services, Inc.. Originally founded in 2004 by Jennifer & her then partner Janice Jordan they created Jordan Johnson Property Management out of a need for a solid management company for their own rentals! In 2018 Jennifer would go on to be the sole owner & change the name to J. Johnson Property Management. In 2019 Jennifer started Homestead Real Estate Services, Inc which handles the home sales portion of the business.

We manage single family homes, condos/town-homes & multi-unit properties located in the Central Valley, Tri-Valley & Delta Areas.

Hard to deal with. Agents do not return calls. Work is done on property without contacting owner. Do not recommend at all.
