I am board certified as an expert in Traumatic Stress with advanced training in Rapid Trauma Resolution, Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Cognitive Therapy. I provide Talk Therapy, TFT, EFT, DBT, and many other therapeutic modalities. With 24 years of helping San Diegans, 3 years experience at Charter Hospital running their Intensive Outpatient Program for addiction treatment, and 5 years at SD Job Corps counseling troubled teenagers I am well seasoned and capable of helping you tackle your problem as well! I accept TriCare, Aetna, Workman's Comp, and all insurance plans with PPO status.
