I was in the area and dropped by to get a cup of mocha. Price is fair and not as pricey as a coffee shop. They have a variety of donuts and smoothies here.

THE ICE LATTES HERE ARE SO YUMMy they're so perfect. I prefer their coffee over any in Pacoima. Give it a try and you'll love it

They have amazing breakfast sandwiches and they're smoothies are amazing. I still need to try there donuts but I bet they are delicious.
