History

I got started in Kansas City in 1974. I moved to the Bay Area in in 1988, and have teaching here ever since.

Specialties

I have been teaching guitar for 38 yrs. I am currently employed part-time at two of the most prestigious schools in Marin county, Ca. I work with the guitarists and bass players at Branson H.S. in Ross. I can teach you how to read music, or, if you prefer playing by ear, I can help train your ear to better hear music, and apply it to the guitar. I can teach you music theory also. I do come to your home. Reasonable rates, and time flexibility to meet you schedule. Beginners welcome.
