If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Tracy Goldman in pediatrics was terrible. She started out very nice and caring, but that changed drastically when I began asking questions....

No emergency room, doctors pretty much get you in and get you out. Nearest Emergency Room is in concord and I was told Kaiser accept my insurance for the emergency room with the same coverage....

The staff at John Muir in Brentwood are fucking rude! And I let them know that too! I spoke to 2 different bitches and BOTH were rude for no reason. One kept talking over me another one called me...
