Food Truck started in LA many years ago and is one of the TOP food trucks in all of Los Angeles. Vegas will be our first restaurant and we cannot wait to open!

You may have eaten the delicious Jogasaki Sushi Burritos in Los Angeles, off of our hugely popular food truck. If you have, you know the food is extremely addicting. Most popular items to try (on our LA food truck) are the Lobster Burrito and Salmon Ceviche Taco, but we cannot wait to roll out our Las Vegas restaurant menu very soon. Owner/Chef Jogasaki now brings his concept to our first Modern Fusion Sushi restaurant opening in Las Vegas in the Spring of 2018. Stay tuned for a grand opening date.
