We parked here, paid for parking and our car was TOWED! Called their 24/7 line and we got rerouted to India now we're stuck in skid row with our child. If zero stars were possible I would do it.

They save handicap spots only for their monthly payers. If you need accessible parking for The Regent don't bother even trying.
