Awful. Machines do not work. Phones do not get answered. We have been trying to het out of the structure for 45 min and have gone down 1 level. Terrible.

The pipes by the stairs were leaking a lot of waste and it stank of urine. There was trash everywhere. Only positive is that it's right next to the plaza.
