I received my California Brokers license in 1984 and opened Altieri Real Estate in 1985. From 1985 to 2007 I sold hundreds of properties to include residential homes and lots, townhouses, condos, businesses, commercial properties and apartment complexes. During a 4 year association with Sothebys International I became very aware of corporate structure and its benefits and limitations. I have once again become an independent real estate broker and have rebranded to Joe Altieri Realty.
