History
Joan Richards Learning Village is part of the Family Resource and Referral Center of San Joaquin County. We were originally located across town and our preschool was called Grigsby Learning Village. We quickly outgrew that little center so we relocated to our present location and changed our name. Our center was named after the founder of Family Resource and Referral - Joan Richards.
Specialties
We offer both an AM and PM State Preschool Program, as well as, a full day State Preschool program. All programs are free for income eligible families.
