In business since 1978, J&J Air Conditioning Inc. has been a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) service contractor serving commercial and industrial clients in Silicon Valley. Based in San Jose, Calif., it has a training division called Air Conditioning Installation and Research (A.I.R) and it offers training programs to school districts, county agencies, industrial corporations and other service contractors. Providing maintenance plans with emergency response time of less than two hours, the company also offers equipment surveys, building correction surveys and more. A Metasys Control contractor, it additionally provides services, including energy and controls, tenant improvement and equipment replacement and remodeling. J&J Air Conditioning has affiliations with Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), among others. It has won ACCA s award for Excellence in Training as well as Excellence in Commercial Contracting.
