We specialize in American chinese dishes that are originated from Mandarin cuisine. Our popular dishes are crunch orange chicken, various noodles and savory sweet and sour shrimp dishes. We also have Jajang Myun (Black bean noodle) and Kimchi Fried Rice which are popular in South Korea. Our journey started from Daegu, South Korea where we opened our very first chinese restaurant in 1950s. Now we are 4th generation Chinese - Korean family who became known for famous Black-bean noodles and Spicy Champong Noodle soup in Koreatown LA. Our name "Jin" (means "Truth" or "Original") is carried over 30+ years as our family restaurant names. Affordable chinese dishes that are not fast food, we care about your dining experience. Welcome to our home.
