The owner is super unhelpful could not fix half of the shoes I brought in and was very rude. I didn't even end up leaving my things. I would give it no stars

The gentleman here is super nice and they were able to fix my slingback shoe , it fits better now than when I first bought it . Jim's is the best , thank you so much !!!

I have used this business 4 times and Moon has repaired my shoes boots and heels perfectly! He is defiantly a master. Highly recommend.
