I ordered a toasted sandwich, but it was handed to me untoasted. I politely asked if they could toast it, and they decided to remake it instead. I left without checking, assuming it would be right...

First they charged me for a regular sandwich witch I asked for a giant so they had to recharge me. Then I asked for no mayonnaise and the guy put mayonnaise so they had to throw away the sandwich...

portions are cheap & mediocre, I literally got one slice of turkey in my sub. when I brought it up to management, I was told that those are the new portions.

I don't know who the hiring manager is but clearly you're not doing your fucken job! You hire a bunch of fucken crack heads that can't make a simple sandwich the service and organization was dog...
