My 5 year personal journey to becoming a coach began with knowing that I alone was responsible for turning my thoughts and wishes into action. I changed my lifestyle one step at a time with walking every day into working out with goals of being stronger, not just to lose weight. I changed my eating habit to address what my body needs to feel good, not to punish it into a certain number. I became stronger and realized I no longer wanted to work in a corporate office and reinvented myself and followed my passion. This is how it started and this is how I come to be here with you now.
Specialties
Helping women realize they already have everything they need for what they are looking to accomplish. It's about showing up and doing the work, even when you don't always feel like it - motivation fades. Consistency and discipline are the keys to goal achievement.
