I became a massage therapist because I love working with people. Before massage, I worked in the health care and fitness industries, but I felt that massage was a way I could better help my clients achieve their health and wellness goals. I believe that every body is different, and my goal is to customize the massage to your needs with a brief intake and to further refine with intuition and continued communication. My massage style primarily incorporates Deep Tissue, Therapeutic Massage, Myofascial Release, Thai Stretching and Swedish techniques. Additionally, I have studied Polarity, Craniosacral, Prenatal, Thai, Hot Stone, Cupping, and Geriatric massage, and can incorporate additional modalities as needed to help you achieve your goals. I am dedicated to my continuing education and promise to bring fresh and innovative ideas to our sessions
