It all started back in 1956 in the sea-side town of Point Pleasant, New Jersey and was originally known as Mike's Subs. The original owner, Mike, thrived off the seasonal tourist industry and a small population of year round residents. In 1975, Peter Cancro, only 17 years old at the time, purchased the business with the help of his high school football coach. When the company began franchising in 1987, Peter renamed the business Jersey Mike's Subs.Today, there are 1,500 Jersey Mike's locations open and in development nationwide.
Jersey Mike's, a fast-casual sub sandwich franchise with more than 2,100 locations open and under development nationwide, has a long history of community involvement and support. Started at the Jersey Shore in 1956, Jersey Mike's serves authentic East Coast-style subs on fresh baked bread - the same recipe it started with over 60 years ago. The company's mission is to bring its customers the highest quality, freshest made sub in the industry and give back to the communities in which it operates.

Really nice employees. They stay packed of Marines and are always fast still with getting orders out. We are sad about getting rid of the old soda machine for the Pepsi though.
Food is fresh regardless of hot or cold subs. Vegetables look prime ripe sliced. Service is spotty with obvious hours of lunch rush hours. But is usually dead around 2-3 and then 6pm. Workers are...
