Together in therapy, I'll help you navigate through these areas so that you can better understand yourself and experience more freedom and connection. *Couples and Marriage Counseling: In a focused approach, I work with couples to resolve ongoing problems in the relationship and find new ways of connecting with each other that is helpful and lasting. *Anxiety: Whether dealing with anxiety from work, relationships, or family, I help people understand their anxiety and experience more peace and resilience in their life (being present). *Men's Issues: I work with men dealing with issues such as anger, anxiety and shame, porn and sex addiction, and relationship problems.
