Baker Jenny has been baking yummy treats for over 25 years. A Type 1 Diabetic with multiple autoimmune conditions, she has to be on a strict diet to maintain her health and symptoms. As a child and an adult, she used to spend lot's of money just to have a treat that fit her strict dietary needs. Sadly, these treats weren't the best tasting and even worse, had horrible ingredients. Jenny decided to open a home bakery during a Pandemic to share yummy, delicious treats for all, no matter the dietary restrictions they may have. She tries to stick to only All Natural or Organic Ingredients as much as possible and whenever available.
