Education: Master of Science in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy - California State University, East Bay Experience and Specialized Training: Non-Suicidal Self-Injury, extensive experience working with families and teens in both academic and clinical settings. Couples Therapy, using the Gottman Method, specialized focus began in graduate school and has continued into my current clinical work. Chronic Illness, specifically with those affected by Multiple Sclerosis. Additional: Crisis/Trauma/PTSD, Expressive Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Culture & Immigration, Children & Grief, CBT, OCD, Depression & Anxiety, Life Transitions, and Family of Origin Challenges.
