Jeffrey P. Harris, MD, PhD is an internationally recognized otologist, neurotologist, and skull base surgeon based in San Diego, CA. With expertise in complex hearing reconstructive surgeries, cochlear implants, and treatments for acoustic neuroma and cholesteatomas, Dr. Harris is a pioneer in advancing surgical treatments for disorders of the ear, hearing, and balance. He is also actively involved in research to discover the causes of deafness and other related disorders, and has co-founded a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to treating inner ear disorders.
As Chair of the Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at UC San Diego School of Medicine, Dr. Harris has received numerous accolades for his outstanding patient outcomes and contributions to the field.
