Jefferson Middle School

Jefferson Middle School is an educational institution that serves students in grades six through eight. It is a part of the Oceanside Unified School District, which serves more than 22,000 students through its elementary, middle, high, charter and alternative schools. Jefferson Middle School s academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as language arts, algebra, science, social studies and physical education. It operates several student organizations, including humane helpers, athletics, music, and art and craft clubs. In addition, the school provides a variety of special education programs for people with behavioral disorders and learning disabilities. Jefferson Middle School offers several extracurricular programs in band, choir, dance, drama, orchestra, and fine and performing arts.
