History

In 2001 Jeff left a management role with a major music instrument retail cooperation to become a full time realtor. Since then he has enjoyed helping hundreds of clients buy and sell homes and investment properties. During the waves of foreclosure properties Jeff was also able to grow the business by being one of the largest account holders for the REO divisions of the major banks and helping them resell foreclosed properties. Jeff has also enjoyed success in helping new agents achieve their real estate sales license and helping new and failing agents build their businesses and improving the quality of service and integrity in the real estate profession.

Specializing in residential sales and marketing as well as multi-unit sales and marketing. Jeff has also represented sole proprietor and conglomerate investment groups in acquiring over 800 properties for use as both rentals and flip properties. Jeff represents major banks and outsource companies in their foreclosure sales (REO's); handling everything from evictions, property management and the rehab and marketing of their properties. Jeff is also an expert witness for San Bernardino and Riverside Counties regarding unlawful detainers, evictions, contract non-performance and property variance. Jeff was also an Instructor of Real Estate Principles and Licensing for Coldwell Banker and continues to teach and train agents for Weichert Realtors.
