I am a California licensed CPA with experience both in Public Accounting and working as an accountant at private companies. I have extensive experience in construction, mortgage pools, non-profit, and technology/start-up industry sectors. I specialize in helping small business owners/start-ups prepare for financial statement audits from outside CPA firms. I am also available to assist with set-up of new accounting/payroll systems, and/or provide regular monthly close functions, payroll functions, or AP/AR functions.
