This location seems less packed than Fashion Valley. It's been a hit or miss with the customer service here for me. Sometimes the sales girls are great at helping you out and/or returning items....

Was given a gift card by family member and young man at the utc store called office in Virginia to assist me. Good customer service is hard to find these days!

I'm 99% sure I'm just too poor to fully understand... But who pays $18.50 for a pair of cotton boxers? What am I getting extra than just buying $5 cotton boxers and putting the remaining $13.50...
