Ventura mall JCPenney was the worse service received the blond guy in the front so rude my appointment was at 2:00 pm and he said he they were running behind and couldn't tell me if it was an hour...

Horrible timing. Scheduled appointment online, still had to wait for over an hour. With an infant that just doesn't work, he needs diaper changes, wants to nurse, and all other things that babies...

Avoid At All Cost!!!! Had an appointment got there early and didn't get seen until 30mins after. Was asked to returned to view pictures , returned and I'm still currently waiting as I'm writing...

The worst place to take any photos! They are not professional at all. I wait almost TWO hours after the appointment time, and they just want to finish it and move to the next one, and didn't take...
