I am disappointed with Optical ..I paid..315.00 and waited..for weeks. Even the Customer Service was C- at best...The Rep..has no personality..or people skills..2021..I will be an oline...

Just had my eye exam today, staff was great Alicia, Alex, and Marissa. Great customer service. Had both my kids with me and they were all very friendly with my children, engaged in conversation...

Marissa and Alex were really great! The virtual eye exam was a first time for me. It is pretty cool to have a doctor remote in and give my exam. Marissa assisted and it was the coolest eye exam ever.
