History

We started the business in 2009 as Laptop Trade SD. Working mostly with laptops and desktop computers with two primary objectives. On one hand, there was computer services and on the other, equipment refurbishing for resale. Later the company evolved to focus on just IT Services and Electronic Repair. In December 2014 we changed the business name to JCI Tech Solutions to accurately describe the business activities, as we stopped buying or re-selling any equipment. From that point in time, we have been providing services to small businesses and residential customers with a satisfied rate of 98% returning customers. Today we welcome anyone who may need our help with Personalized Customer Support, Satisfaction Guaranteed!
