History

I began my career in mortgage lending in 1988 and spent most of that time in mortgage banking managing large scale operations and funding billions of dollars in residential loans. I held various positions throughout my career with my last notable role being Senior Vice President of one of the largest banks in the country. In 2017, I joined Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation as a Branch Manager and opened an office in my local community of Danville California. Since then, my team has grown exponentially, and our group has originated hundreds of millions of dollars in loans. I specialize in residential mortgages of all types -- conventional, FHA, VA, Home Equity Lines of Credit, jumbo, etc. -- with an emphasis on purchase-money lending. Most of my clients are first-time home-buyers, but I also have a proven history of success when it comes to helping people refinance their current mortgage in order to secure better terms, lower payments, or take cash out.
